Hosting and infrastructure
- The Viveka platform runs on Google Cloud Platform, with managed services for compute, storage, and databases.
- Public websites are delivered through Cloudflare's global network with DDoS protection.
Data protection
- All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Data is encrypted at rest by our cloud providers.
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel on a least-privilege basis.
- Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers; Viveka does not store full card numbers.
Application security
- Role-based access controls separate organization administrators, employees, and coaches.
- Coaching session notes are private to the coach and shared only as the engagement requires.
- We follow secure development practices and review changes before release.
Privacy and compliance
- We align our data handling with GDPR and applicable US privacy laws. See our Privacy Policy.
- Data processing agreements are available for enterprise customers on request.
- We support data export and deletion requests for customer data.
